The first time I met Cindy I knew she was the person I wanted to help me with purchasing a home. She was very nice, knowledgeable, honest and caring. I had been looking for a house for several months in a specified location. I had submitted 7 offers and none of them were accepted while with another realtor. I gave up looking but then my friend suggested Cindy. Cindy helped his parents, sister, and himself find a house. So I met with Cindy on a Thursday, saw houses on Friday, put an offer in on Saturday and had the offer accepted by Monday. This house was exactly what I wanted and where I wanted. Cindy saved me $5,000 by negotiating the price which I appreciate. The next challenge was closing a VA loan within 31 days. She worked well with the VA lender I had to keep the timeline on track.
